- UOUsj#10 / IN_DETAIL / Angela Kyriacou Petrou, guest editor / University of Nicosia, Cyprus / Publication December 2025.
This issue explores the complex material conjunctions between people, materials and meanings through the micro-scales of architecture. From technical detailing to the materiality of living, the issue seeks to identify the potential opportunities held in junctions, processes and moments of material union. Seen as part of a bigger story, these detailed instances may be examined through the conventions of architectural and technical details but may also be pursued through sites or instances of material disorder, conditions of material transformation the flotsam of city tides or the accruing artefacts of lived spaces.
