• One year International Master (60ECTS) with 28 academics involved from 22 European universities. Fees: 60€/ECTS.  Total=3.600€
• Online the first 7 months for UOU workshops (30ECTS), where the student chooses 25 from the 35ws available.
• Onsite at Alicante University during the last 2 months for the Final Project (30ECTS). Students will not need a visa to study this programme, because although it is 1 year long, they will not spend more than 90 days in Spain.

• AIMS

The Master of ARCHITECTURE INTERCULTURAL STUDIES is born from the existing international collaboration of schools of architecture – ‘The UNIVERSITY of Universities (UOU) – with the aim of defining and addressing the themes of contemporary architecture and society.

For this degree, students will carry out 25 workshops online, two of them compulsory, and the rest to be chosen from those offered in the master’s degree. Each workshop chosen highlights a specific topic from a series directed by the professors of the UNIVERSITY of Universities (UOU), the international research and teaching project coordinated by the University of Alicante:

The course culminates with the FINAL MASTER PROJECT (FMP), carried out over 2 months at the University of Alicante, co-directed by a UA tutor (face to face) and an appropriate tutor (online) selected by the student from amongst UOU professors in foreign universities.

• ASSESSMENT

There is a continuous assessment system:

– In the online part, the assessment is through the presentation of outputs from each workshop chosen and participation in classes (including tutorials).

– In the face-to-face part, the assessment is through attending tutorials, preparing the FMP and presenting it.

• SCHEDULE

From the 27/09/22 to 31/03.23. Online mode, with weekly streaming sessions as group tutorials in which students and academics participate.

From the 01/04/23 to 31/05/23. Daily face-to-face mode, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
